Exchanges & Returns
At SheVee, we maintain a Pristine-Only return standard to ensure the highest hygiene integrity for all our customers. Since shapewear is an intimate garment worn directly against the skin, we strictly enforce the following protocol:
1. Return Window
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return request. This window allows us to manage our inventory and provide efficient service to all customers.
2. Hygiene & Condition Requirements
To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original, unworn, and unwashed condition:
- The Underwear Rule: For hygiene reasons, please wear your own underwear when trying on our shapewear.
- Zero-Tolerance Policy: Items with visible marks (deodorant streaks, lotion, makeup), skin cells, or odors (perfume, smoke, body odor) will be strictly rejected.
- Tags & Packaging: All original hangtags must remain attached, and the item must be returned in its original branded packaging bag.
3. Return Process: Return & Rebuy
To keep our operations lean, we do not offer direct exchanges.
- If you need a different size, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired size.
- Any promotional gifts included with your purchase are yours to keep and do not need to be returned.
4. Fees & Shipping
- Restocking Fee: A $8.00 Restocking & Sanitization Fee will be deducted from all approved refunds to cover manual hygiene inspection costs.
- Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not liable for packages lost in transit.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
5. International Orders
All international orders (outside the U.S.) are considered FINAL SALE. We are unable to offer returns or exchanges for international shipments.
6. Final Sale Items
All promotional, clearance, or discounted items are considered Final Sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
