At SheVee, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase.

1. Return Window  
You may request a return within 14 days of delivery.

2. Eligibility  
To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unworn and unwashed  
• In original condition  
• With all original tags and packaging  

Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept items that show signs of use.

3. Exchanges  
We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you need a different size, please return the original item and place a new order.

4. Fees & Shipping  

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs  
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable  

5. Refunds  
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed to the original payment method.

6. Final Sale Items  
Discounted or promotional items may be marked as final sale and are not eligible for return.

7. Shipping Scope  
We currently only ship within the United States. Returns are only accepted for orders delivered within the United States.
