Zero-Tolerance Hygiene Policy
As our shapewear is worn directly against the skin, we strictly enforce a pristine-only return standard.
Mandatory Requirements
The "No-Mark" Rule: Please be extremely mindful of deodorant white streaks, body lotions, and makeup during try-on. Items with any visible marks or skin contact traces will not be accepted.
Tag & Bag: Original hangtags must remain attached. Returns without original tags or the original branded packaging bag will not be processed.
Unworn Condition: The garment must be unwashed and show no signs of fabric distortion, stretching, or wear.
Non-Refundable Fees
A $8.00 Restocking & Sanitization Fee will be deducted from all approved refunds to cover manual hygiene inspection costs.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for purchasing their own trackable return labels. We are not liable for returns lost in transit.
Final Sale
All promotional, clearance, or discounted items are considered Final Sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
